Serve at Victory

God has uniquely gifted every believer to build up the body of Christ. Serving at Victory is one of the primary ways we live out our faith together—not as spectators, but as participants in God’s work.

When you serve, you’re not just filling a role; you’re helping create an environment where people can encounter Christ, grow in their faith, and experience genuine community. Whether your gifts are seen up front or behind the scenes, every role matters and every servant makes a difference.

There’s a place for you here—and we would love to help you find it.

Serve Locally

We believe the church is called to be a visible expression of Christ’s love in our community. Serving locally allows us to meet real needs, build meaningful relationships, and share the hope of the gospel right where God has placed us.

Through partnerships, outreach opportunities, and hands-on service projects, we seek to love our neighbors in practical and intentional ways. Local service isn’t just something we do—it’s part of who we are as a church that desires to bless Maryville and the surrounding area for the glory of God.

When we serve locally, we live out our faith beyond the church walls.

Serve Globally

Jesus’ mission extends to the ends of the earth, and we are committed to playing our part in God’s global work. Serving globally means supporting missionaries, praying for the nations, giving sacrificially, and going when God calls.

Through long-term partnerships and short-term mission opportunities, we strive to take the gospel to unreached and underserved people groups around the world. Global missions remind us that the church is bigger than us—and that every believer has a role in God’s plan to make Christ known among the nations.

Together, we serve so that the world may hear.
