Dr. Jeremy Wallace has served at Victory since 2021 and became Lead Pastor in 2025. With more than twenty years of pastoral ministry experience across several states, he is committed to faithful expository preaching, intentional disciple-making, leadership development, and the long-term health of the local church.
Before coming to Victory, Jeremy also served in Christian education as a Head of School. His experience in both ministry and education has prepared him to lead established organizations, develop staff and ministry teams, strengthen existing ministries, and unite people around a clear mission.
Jeremy is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Christ and leading churches toward lasting spiritual and organizational health. He believes a healthy church exalts Christ, edifies believers, equips people for ministry, and engages its community and the world with the gospel.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Bible with minors in Business and Psychology, a master’s degree in Christian Education, and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Ministry Leadership. He and his wife, Dana, have been married for more than twenty-three years and have two sons, Nathan and Jonathan.
